In this 2-hour workshop I’ll be sharing moves and ways of thinking about rope that have excited and inspired me over the past few years. We’ll explore locks, drops, balances, and some funky climbs, plus a few things that will hopefully spark your own curiosity and inspire you to keep developing your rope practice. Lately, I’ve also been reflecting on sustainability and how I can continue doing rope for years to come, and that thread is naturally woven into what I’ll be teaching.

PREREQUISITES: Students must be comfortable with windmill, front and back as well as bell beats, hip lock, and have a healthy amount of curiosity.
